Training

Do you find that applying the new information or skill when you get back to work after the “training” is at best a 25% proposition? You realize that the “how to use”  this training in your circumstances was not covered in the training session. At Cima we consider that to be an effective trainer we must facilitate learning. We tailor our training to your environment and provide your real world examples.

We have 3 areas we focus on for training:

Growing and developing effective inquiry skills. This training focuses on  analyzing and critically evaluating information, generating creative ideas, and understanding opposing arguments.

Understanding diverse mental models. This training provides a wide variety of problem-solving and decision-making situations in organizational settings.

Team building by enhancing  group dynamics.  This training addresses  improving human relations and building skills needed for teamwork.
